March 7

I’ve seen an increase in my income from eHow every single month that I’ve been writing for eHow.  But this month just exceeded my wildest dreams.  I thought I’d maybe double or triple my income from January’s earnings.  I was wrong.  My earnings last month were $130.40 (which I was very happy with).  My earnings for February, 2009, are $961.01.  Wow.  Just… wow.  Here’s a screen capture from my latest payment from Demand Media (who own’s eHow).  You can click the image to see a larger (and more legible) version in another window.

This is an increase of nearly 640% over last month’s earnings.   It’s just phenomenal.   I am floored by the possibilities that eHow has to offer.  I’m also suprised at which articles were my high-earners.  It’s a mix of old and new articles that brought in that total, with a few standouts that performed exceptionally well (to say the least).

Last month, I wrote that I am going to stop reporting what my earnings are once I reach $1,000 in a single month.  I just had no idea that I’d be so close to that total so soon.   Here’s hoping (knowing) that I will reach it next month. (That’s not cockiness, folks… that’s belief in eHow.  And in myself.)
