Starting My First Complete Month on eHow
Because I started mid-month last month, this month will give me a better idea of what I can earn by writing for a full thirty (or thirty one… or twenty eight, in the case of February) days out of the month. So far, it’s been really fun. In the forums, I read a lot of posts about people having writer’s block. I hope that doesn’t happen to me. I’ve never had that problem, though. Ever. While some people (my daughter, for instance), can talk and talk, and never run out of things to say, I never run out of things to write. I have found (as I said in a recent article), that there are “eHow’s everywhere.”
I’ve learned a lot in my nineteen days writing for eHow so far. Some of it I learned from the forum. But, as I said before, I try to avoid spending much time in the forums at all. I’m down to fifteen minutes or less per day. Most of what I’ve learned is from just observation and trial and error. Lucky for me, I’ve got great observational skills, and I’m a quick learner. The articles that I wrote before I started implementing the things I learned aren’t earning much revenue at all. The articles that I wrote after figuring out a couple of tricks are doing really, really well (well, relatively speaking…I’m not making hundreds of dollars. Yet.)
